Mary's Kitchen - a fresh Chicken salad with a red Camargue rice side salad
We may not be allowed to travel to the South of France but we've got the weather and we've got the food.
Tender chicken fillets in a light mayo dressing with white grapes, lemons and diced celery - accompanied by a salad of red Camargue rice with black olives, mixed peppers, dried apricots, spring onions and herbs to remind you of where you might have been. You'll need to provide your own rosé.
