All good things come to an end; after 90 days and on the eve of the next phase of lockdown, it is the right time to finish operations. Stephen's weekly cheese board
Stephen, the head cheese curator at our supplier Premier Cheese, has selected a series of weekly cheese boards - each consists of three 200 gr blocks of cheese and a 400 gr block of quince paste. Stephen promises a balanced and varied selection - Week 3 consists of a supple cheese, Wyfe of Bath, a robust mature Snowdonia cheddar, Black Bomber, and the perennial favourite blue cheese, St Agur l'Intense.
Week 2 consisted of Comté, Raclette and Cashel Blue and week 1 was a tranche of Westcombe Red, Ogleshield and Oxford Blue.
Premier Cheese was founded in 1998 by Amnon Paldi and Eric Charriaux who also founded retailer La Cave à Fromage.
