Brussels sprouts

500 gr loose and un prepped.

It's that time of year - there are so many ways to cook sprouts so that they do not taste like our worst memories of school food.

We par boil them and then sautée them in chilli oil or we bake them with roasted chestnuts or chop them up and fry them with chopped up bacon or lardons or simply slightly undercook and enjoy the crunch.
