Higgidy salmon and spinach quiche

A 400 gr quiche made with smoked salmon and spinach with a cheddar crumb. We share it or you could eat half hot now and the rest cold with salad tomorrow.

This delicious item is not always available in the 400 gr size - we usually substitute it with 2 of the 200 gr quiches
