Regrettably we cannot guarantee that the products sold through this website are free from allergens. Any product offered in this site may contain or have traces of allergens.

DELIVERIES
Local delivery is free. Orders are delivered in boxes to your door by volunteers. Volunteers observe social distancing at all times and cannot enter your property – please respect that. Deliveries can only be made in SW3, SW4, SW6, SW7, SW10, SW11, SW15, SW18, SW19, W4, W8, W11 and W14.

SERVICE CHARGE
We operate on a not-for-profit basis so, to cover banking costs, we charge a £1.50 ‘booking fee' on all orders.

SUBSTITUTIONS
We supply produce from wholesale markets. There may be times when the item you have ordered is not available in which case we shall supply a similar item of at least the same price as a substitute.

RETURNS POLICY
In common with other food distributors, we cannot accept the return of any product after it has been delivered. If there has been an error made by us then please contact us (info@abitoftlc.org) and we will do what we reasonably can to put things right.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Our focus is not on specific brands but on categories. We use highly trusted suppliers and rely entirely on their representations when telling you about the product being offered. If the product is not exactly as described it then we apologise – please tell us and we shall do what we can to put things right.
